Fundraising Ideas for Southwestern Region

Now is the time to start fundraising!

  • Ask your family and friends for donations to the Memory Walk instead of a birthday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or anniversary gift.

  • Host a fundraising party this Spring or Summer.  What a great opportunity to entertain and inspire your guests to support the Memory Walk.  Contact Darcey at (412) 261-5040 or [email protected] for details.

  • Start your monthly basket raffles now.  Make a theme basket each month and sell raffle tickets for $5 each or three for $10.  The money really adds up!

  • Ask your local bar, restaurant or retail store to sell Forget-Me-Nots this Fall.  Now is the time to get their commitment.

  • Start your bake sales, candy sales and coin cans now.  You’ll be amazed at how much more you’ll collect when you start early!

Special Note:  As Memory Walk money trickles in, you can send it to the
Alzheimer’s Association and start an account for your team.  Call (412)
261-5040 or email [email protected] to check your account status at any
time.
